Özderici Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., bir faktoring kuruluşu olarak “Öz Finans Factoring  Hizmetleri A.Ş.” adıyla 05 Haziran 1992’de kurulmuş olup şirket hisseleri 1994’te halka arz olmuş ve hisselerinin %49.04’ü İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası’nda (İMKB) işlem görmektedir.

Özderici GYO’nun faaliyet konusu Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıklarına ilişkin düzenlemelerinde yazılı amaç ve konularla iştigal etmek ve esas olarak gayrimenkullere, gayrimenkullere dayalı sermaye piyasası araçlarına, gayrimenkul projelerine ve gayrimenkullere dayalı haklara yatırım yapmaktır. Şirket Kayıtlı Sermaye Sistemine tabi olup, şu an için Ödenmiş Sermayesi 100.000.000. TL dir.

Özderici GYO, gayrimenkul sektöründe arazi geliştirme, proje geliştirme ve kentsel dönüşüm alanlarında, nitelikli projeleri geliştirmeyi ve sermaye piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde getiri potansiyeli yüksek gayrimenkullere ve gayrimenkule dayalı projelere öncelikli konut sektörüne odaklanmayı planlamaktadır.

Özderici GYO, İstanbul'un yeni çekim merkezi Maltepe'de eski Singer Fabrikası'nın bulunduğu brüt 52.000 m²'lik arsa üzerinde Nuvo Dragos" adlı projeye başlamıştır. Maltepe arsasının konumu itibarıyla Park Carrefoursa'nın hemen yanı başında olması, inşaatı sürmekte olan Kadıköy-Kartal metro güzergâhına, Adalet Sarayı projesine yakınlığı ve Dragos kentsel dönüşüm projesinin çok yakınında olması önemli avantajlarıdır.
